5. Your responsibility as a client
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during enquiries and consultations.
This includes relevant medical history, current symptoms, prescribed medication, supplements, allergies, pregnancy, existing diagnoses, and any treatment or advice you are currently receiving from other healthcare professionals.
You are also responsible for deciding whether to follow any general wellbeing or homeopathic suggestions discussed during the consultation.
6. Consultations for children
Where a consultation is for a child, the enquiry and consultation should normally be arranged by a parent or legal guardian.
The parent or guardian is responsible for providing accurate information and for making decisions about the child’s care.
Homeopathy with Eilís may decline or discontinue support where appropriate consent has not been provided or where the matter appears to require medical assessment.
7. Booking appointments
Appointments are subject to availability.
An appointment is only confirmed once agreed by Homeopathy with Eilís and, where applicable, payment has been received.
You are responsible for ensuring that you attend your appointment at the correct time and provide any necessary information in advance.
For online consultations, you are responsible for ensuring that you have a stable internet connection, suitable device, working camera/microphone where needed, and a private space for the consultation.
8. Fees and payments
Fees for consultations or services will be displayed on the website or confirmed before booking.

Homeopathic remedies, supplements, postage, or additional products may not be included in the consultation fee unless clearly stated.

9. Cancellations and missed appointments
If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please give as much notice as possible by contacting:
Appointments cancelled at short notice may be charged in full or partly charged, depending on the circumstances and the notice given.
If you do not attend an appointment without notice, the appointment may be treated as missed and the full fee may still be payable.
Homeopathy with Eilís understands that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen, and discretion may be applied where appropriate.
10. Late arrival
If you arrive late for an appointment, the consultation may still need to finish at the original scheduled time to avoid affecting other clients.
The full consultation fee may still apply.
If Homeopathy with Eilís is running late or needs to rearrange an appointment, you will be contacted as soon as reasonably possible.
11. Remedies and recommendations
Any homeopathic remedy suggestions or wellbeing recommendations are based on the information provided during the consultation.
You should inform Homeopathy with Eilís of any changes in your symptoms, medication, diagnosis, pregnancy status, or medical treatment.
You should not stop or change prescribed medication without speaking to your GP, consultant or prescribing healthcare professional.
12. Communication between appointments
Homeopathy with Eilís may provide reasonable communication between appointments, where appropriate. This may include brief follow-up communication by email, phone or message.
Extensive support, new symptoms, complex updates, or significant changes may require a further consultation.
Response times may vary, and urgent medical concerns should not be sent by email, WhatsApp or website forms. For urgent or emergency issues, contact the appropriate medical service.
